Was she on a Charmed episode title "Chris Crossed"? Maybe it's because I haven't seen her in a long time or because she didn't show a lot of skin in Resurrection Boulevard, but her breasts seemed much larger on "Charmed" - assuming that was her of course. It looked like she had breast implant, then again they might be real.

It might have been because of that corset shirt she was wearing. They were all pushed up and stuff.
That was indeed her. She played a character from the future who went back in time to stop certain events from happening.
yeah that was some tight leather/vinyl thing she was wearing... very tacky and so cliche
