"The Fugitive" Season 4, Episode 2
I just saw her featured in "The Fugitive" episode "Death Is the Door Prize", from September of 1966. She was thirty-nine, but could easily have passed for at least ten years younger. She's one of the best actresses who made a lot of tv series guest appearances in the '60s.
