Jesus Christ in "The Visitor" (1980)

I have watched Mr. Nero for many years since I was an early teenager and have
enjoyed most of his work, but for some reason his small uncredited role as Jesus
in "The Visitor" (1980) stands out in my memory more than anything else.

When I first saw this film in the theatre, some audience members gasped when
Mr. Nero came on, others said "is that Jesus?"

I think that Mr. Nero would have made a wonderful Jesus in one of the films
and/or television mini-series about his life.

In "Jesus of Nazareth" (1977), Jesus as a young boy was played by a blond
blue-eyed actor. The adult Jesus was played by Robert Powell who looked
nothing like the boy. I think that Mr. Nero would have been a better choice,
