I think he's a great actor

I have followed Joe Morton's career since 1986, when he played the Devil's "assistant" in "Crossroads" (one of my all-time favorite movies). He's really had a very nice acting career, although he's always seemed a bit "below the radar" to me.

I have really enjoyed Mr. Morton in everything I've seen him in and I think he's a great actor. I particularly love the way he speaks and how he pronounces/enunciates his words. He speaks so eloquently and clearly.

I was surprised to see that there haven't been any posts about him here. I think he'd be a very interesting person to have a conversation with...I believe I read somewhere that he graduated from Harvard and is also a singer-songwriter (I've never heard any of his music). Anyway, I just wanted to post how much I like him as an actor.

Surprised as well that there are no posts here. He's a great actor!

Funny that you mention his speaking style as I thought it was hilarious how he would yell and repeat lines in the movie "Speed" in several tense scenes.

"Tape it TAPE IT!" and "Run it! RUN IT!" When they are making that looping video come to mind. 😄
