I think they are. He tweeted that he would be watching Revenge and that we all should, too. Then he would always tweet about her, like a poll for badass TV characters or something, and Emily was one of the options to vote for. I looked it up and found out they were dating. They were together at Comic Con and other events together. Plus, Emily tweeted about how she would be watching a DVD series with her love and how it's the perfect date night! I only assumed she was refering to Joseph!
