How is such a beautiful woman not more famous??

Well it takes more than beauty and talent. You have to get the exposure. Niptuck helped alot and so did Rise of the Lycans, shes going to need more.
Kate Beckinsale has basically gotten all the attention after Underworld.

I totally agree.
I love Kate Beckinsale but Rhona is as talented as Kate.
It might help that Kate is married to director Len Wiseman.
Rhona is not a star, yet.
She is a stunning and talented woman who works regularly in t.v. and films.
I hope her big break comes.

There are a lot of very attractive women in movies and television, so the competition is strong.
Thus, other factors come into play, such as, luck, exposure, connections, types of roles available, quality or success of the productions, and age.

If by 'famous' you mean a publicity-hogging tabloid star, perhaps she doesn't want to be.

She might be content with simply having a steady, stable career.
