Strike Back

The first time I saw Strike Back were two episodes I caught her in, and the second (SPOILERS!) she was killed. I couldn't freaking believe they killed her off. She's mainly the reason I've started from the beginning to catch up to the current season because I was pretty much lost as to what was going on. That and I can appreciate a show that will kill off a lot of its main/recurring characters without hesitation. Which it seems they have done quite a bit because the cast in season one is completely different aside from Philip Winchester and Sullivan Stapleton.

Well, season 2 is so different for various reasons. First of all, the first season was prduced by Sky, the later seasons by Cinemax. Secondly, Richard Armitage (who played John Porter) couldn't continue after the first season, because he went on to film the Hobbit. So they killed him off (nice of him to appear in the first episode of season 2 to make it more believable) and changed the rest of the cast as well. And btw. Philip Winchester and Sullivan Stapelton didn't appear in season 1.
Anyway - Rhona Mitra is great in Strike Back and she's a beautiful woman. Hope she gets more parts in Hollywood now.
