I noticed that Elizabeth was in two different media, that had a character named "Jack Shep'h'ard"...

Jack Shepard - in the Movie: Frequency (2000)
Jack Shephard - in the TV Show: Lost (2004-2010)

Interestingly, both media dealt with "Time Travel".

In addition, Elizabeth played characters who both had careers in medicine, and had similar first names...

Julia Sullivan - in the Movie: Frequency (2000)
Juliet Burke - in the TV Show: Lost (2004-2010)

Weird.

Has anyone else noticed this, before?

She was also in ER, a show that also employed John Terry (Christian Shephard) as a psych doctor.
