Tobias spoke tonight, meerschweinchen. I think his character will have a complex arc - or at least I hope so.

GoT show runners should thanks his lucky stars they have him as Edmure, because his performance is what restores Edmure to the decency he showed in the novels, as they basically turned the characher's actions on their head (in the novel Edmure gained time to save his uncle, surrendering only when he knew him to have safely escaped .
In the last episode he was award-worthy material.

eloiseshf, the man is amazing. I read that George R.R. Martin wanted him back in GoT. I know the showrunners in Outlander would do anything to keep him on the show. I see terrific things in his future.
