When seeing Toby for the first time in Rome I was struck by what a good actor he is(and how cute he is!) and he reminded me of somebody but I couldn't put my finger on who. For ages I racked my brains until the other night when I watched a Pink Floyd documentary...I think he is the spitting image of Roger Waters when he was a younger man. Perhaps Toby could play him if they ever did a Floyd biopic.
