I think he would be the perfect choice to play the Governor in The Walking Dead if they go that direction with the show.

Coincidentally, Ian McShane is reportedly a big fan of 'The Walking Dead'. I just read an article that he got wind of the rumour that Charlie Sheen was going to be cast as a zombie in Season Two, called the producer Charles Eglee, and went on a two-minute tirade about what a stupid idea that was. Article states he even threatened to 'kick Charlie Sheen's ass'. LOL
It could be McShane wants to do this series!
