Ian appears in old Kim Carnes music video?

Hi - I am about 95% sure on this, but could anyone confirm definitively that it's Ian in this video (from about 1982) for Kim Carnes' song "You Make My Heart Beat Faster?" Thanks and Happy New Year all. Link:

Thanks Mrs. Al! I thought it was - settled a friendly bet :) It's pretty rare, whenever it gets put on You Tube it eventually gets taken down - the record company? Anyway, have a good New Year....
