Did anyone from New Zealand , from birthplace of Rose follow her career ? What do they think about her ?
shareI don't know if many people here in NZ would know about her. Izombie doesn't screen here and her other roles are pretty minor
shareiZombie screens on TVNZ on demand- got quite a lot of promotion here, food trucks selling'/brains' etc. Before that there were 32 episodes of Power Rangers which were filmed here and screened here. Also 11 episodes in core cast of Rude Awakenings, 12 episodes as lead of Maddigan's Quest, lead in acclaimed Tangiwai movie and many features in magazines including cover of Mindfood magazine. Plus all the other NZ productions as listed in Wikipedia.
So I'd guess you could say pretty well known in NZ. :)
I guess we'll have to agree to disagree. An on demand TV show and some kids TV shows hardly make her well known. Pretty sure she could go anywhere in NZ without being recognised.
Not said in an attempt to bring her down - I think iZombie is a great show and should be getting more attention here than it is.
...mind you, she did make the front page of the NZ Herald's Viva section this weekend as one of NZ's '35 most fabulous people'. Just saying.

I've noticed things she's done like The Lovely Bones, Masters of Sex, iZombie.
I think she's doing great. She does accents quite well which helps a great deal. Always proud to see a fellow kiwi doing well internationally, in any field.
