Insults adult Harry Potter fans


Margolyes, who played Professor Sprout in the film adaptations, recently roasted adult fans of the books and movies, saying.

“I worry about [grown-up] Harry Potter fans. They should be over that by now. You know, I mean, it was 25 years ago, and it’s for children. I think it’s for children. But they get stuck in it.”

Is she daft? Senile?

I know several adults who were fans of the books when they were still published. It’s one of the reasons the series was so huge and lucrative.

Same with the movies. I never read the books, but I love the movies.

She's right. Harry Potter is for children.
