I think he is. Altough he is not the greatest player of all times (that is Cristiano Ronaldo in my opinion) he is surely the most charismatic ever.

Not sure re charisma but I'd rate him as the superior footballer to Ronaldo (either one).

I dont think Maradona would go well in modern soccer without training and doing a party life like he used to do. But maybe i am wrong and he would be great anyway
