I totally agree with that. My gf and i were wondering why she looked familiar. You so hit the nail on the head with that one. She is a dead ringer (or least a lil sister of her)

Yes!!! Thought so too, the girl from teen witch is her double. If there wasn't such an age gap i would have assumed them to be the same person, or at least related.
