Should play Magnum P.I.

I would love for them to do a new Magnum P.I. with Joe Magnaniello as the son of Tom Selleck's son. They could pair it with the new Hawaii Five-0. Tom Selleck could make a occasional cameo when he isn't shooting Blue Bloods.

I could see him as Magnum's son, but I couldn't see him as a modern Magnum. Magnum was always getting beaten up and can you see Joe getting worked over that easily like Selleck did?
