I said that to my husband while watching Arrow! They could be brothers!

Manu always seems to look like multiple people, depending on what you're watching and usually it's just for a brief moment. I've compared him to Joe, Jimmy Smits and also Dwayne Johnson.

They're both extremely hot..but I'm gonna have to tip a little more towards Manu for this one.

Manu is a little hotter (probably doesn't help that I got to ogle him in person and vice versa, lol) but Joe is obviously no slouch either, lol.

I watched Joe on HGN and noticed that in certain angles, he does look like Manu. Manu to me is the HOTTEST guy I've ever seen, and Joe is almost as hot. There's something special about Manu, though. Can't pinpoint it, but he's almost too good to be true...
