Whiteout Movie is out. Gorgeous Scenery + Actors Make it a decent movie

I went to see the movie today. Gabriel Macht and Alex O'Loughlin both do an excellent job in their roles and both have more screen time than I expected. The scenery is spectacular and the photography makes me feel as close to that type of cold as I ever want to be. There are a lot of kind of cool things that are minor effects in it, but the main actress was not a kickbutt type of character and that is what I expected (or at least someone who went through some type of law enforcement training.)

Gabriel as always pulled off an amazing performance and not just because I like the way he looks. He really is a very talented actor. It's too bad he wasn't the main character as he seemed to act like someone with some type of training. Anyway, there is a shirtless scene of Alex O'Loughlin, but he doesn't get the screentime that Gabriel does. Gabriel isn't in winter clothing the whole time. A few scenes have him in jeans. There is absolutely zero romance in this (maybe in deleted scenes), but it is a movie worth watching if you like any of the actors or the actress in it.

I'm learning to have zero expectations for a movie and not listen to the "critics" as I usually hate the movies they like and I don't necessarily like the ones that do well at the box office.

IMO It is worth your time if you go check this movie out though.
