Also his performance is getting rave reviews as Oblonsky. Don't know about the movie, it will be a toss up especially in the US but everyone seems to agree on Matthew's performance as one of the stand outs!

shareMatthew is the bright star of this film, no question! His performance as Oblonsky adds levity and a much needed respite from the dark theme, perfectly balanced.
I think he was actually in it more than warranted for the storyline, but his presence gives the audience a sense of duality, his characterization perfectly played!
Congratulations on a fine performance, Matthew, it did NOT go unnoticed.
