Is she a good actor?

Do you think she is a good actor? I've seen 12 of her films and honestly I think she is mediocre, at best. With the right screenplay and director, she is alright, but I don't think she is very good overall. What do you think?

No. She's a prime example of Oscar Wilde's contention that the only thing worse than being talked about is not being talked about. Her infamy, that's never crossed the line into cancelation territory, makes her hugely marketable.

Her acting skill was never her problem.
