Ever since he accepted TWD he is been turning down movie projects or any projects at all, so what happens after TWD is over? I'm sure he'll get offers, he is a good actor but he'll always be known as The Walking Dead actor for being exclusive to it for so long, plus the show is way too famous to ever get rid of that image..

He wants to spend more time with his family during TWD breaks. Nothing wrong with that. Maybe take on new projects when TWD is coming to an end, which won't be for at least a few more years.

He's said shooting in the Atlanta heat takes a great deal out of him. He does a lot of Walking Dead conventions around the world and also does voice over work in Great Britain. I think his plate is full. I'm sure when the show is over, he'll turn up in a few films and another series.
