I think he would be perfect for the role of Roland in Stephen King's Dark Tower series, anyone agree?

Don't get me wrong, I love Matthew Mcconaughey but I do not feel he would be right for the role. I have read the books, and I know there are followers of the series, they have to practically be spot on with all the main characters. I do not see him as being Roland.
shareWell it appears the rumor world is mixed. MM may be up for Randall Flagg in The Stand, not RD in The Dark Tower series.
