It's a sequence with a lot of rapid-fire editing so I couldn't say for sure, but I'm pretty sure that's them as the Wright Brothers. (The WBs aren't listed in the end credits, which only confirms my suspicion.)

I recognized Thomas Lennon as one of the brothers just in the last glimpse of them before Amelia Earheart flies out of the museum, and suddenly I thought Hey! if that was Thomas Lennon, then was the other one Robert Ben Garant? But at that moment the movie cut to another scene and we never got back to the Wright brothers.

Yeah it was them as the Wright brothers, i didn't recognise Garant without the moustache.
