I was totally about to start a thread about this. How is it that Anna Kendrick- whose role required following George Clooney around and having one cringe-worthy breakdown (honestly, when she started crying I thought the character was faking it, that's how bad it was)- got a nod and Melanie- who was absolutely fantastic in a really difficult role- did not? Just further reason that I'm disappointed in the Oscars this year.
