No way! Capt Marvel is supposed to be the most powerful hero but she hasnt been given much opportunity so far to show off. I want to see what she can do!

She's fine in other things. Her personality is unflattering. That's the biggest reason people dislike her. Cpt Marvel is also an uninteresting character. They should just have rogue steal her powers in an X-men flick. Add some sympathy for the character.
