why do they always go the super hero big budget movie route?Off the top of my head, if I had to guess, I'd say because they want to.

And, why should that bother you?

They forget all about movies that focus on great acting and just do big budget remakes and action movies and forget all about movies like Room, where its just great acting and really good story. Can you give me a few examples of whom you're talking about here? I know Michael Keaton and Christian Bale have done some character driven films that required solid acting. Chris Evans wants to abandon playing Captain America to pursue a career in directing. Ian McKellen continued his stellar acting career in between playing Magneto in the X-Men movies.

I guess I just don't know who, specifically, you're speaking of.
