If Adam Driver wasn't Kylo Ren, i think Shia could have played him well.

Shia as Kylo Ren would have definitely been interesting. I still feel like Adam Driver portrayed the fractured young man brilliantly though.

It highly doubtful that Shia ever does another franchise type film. If he does, it will be a long time from now.
