This kid can act circles around anyone his age group

Let's just talk about his talent and acting. Forget him as a person and what he does in his private life. He's just...so effing talented, man. I like Zac Efron, Jake Gyllenhaal, Danielle Radcliffe, and Charlie Hunnam, however I honestly think Shia can act circles around all my favourite men in Hollywood. I can't think of anyone born in the 80's that's a better actor than him. Heck, he might even be better than most senior actors. It just blows my mind at how good he is in films.

Jake Gyllenhaal might give him trouble right now. He's improved so much in the past few years. Jack O'Connell is better as is Adam Driver and Michael B. Jordan. I do think LaBouf does very interesting work though.

LaBeouf does get more hate than he deserves. He's turned in some solid performances and chooses roles that are interesting. His antics unnecessarily rub people the wrong way.

I agree that he is a way better actor than a lot of people give him credit for sometimes. He also chooses interesting projects.

Why would you think it's sarcasm? Don't see talent when it's there? The kid is extremely talented, he's oozing with talent.

It's fine you can't look through your own personal bias to see it, but don't pretend like others are lesser for seeing something you cannot. Keep in mind, you're in the minority on this particular subject. Shia LaBeouf, for all his oddness, is undeniably a talented actor. Especially, in his films of the last seven or so years.

Have you even seen any of his non block buster movies. If you are judging based on Transformers and Indiana Jones then your opinion isn't based on his true abilities.
