shareShe seems nice as a person, and she not that bad of a singer (albeit most of her songs aren't that great either)....but her fans seriously need to take a chill pill. Seriously, they can get annoying as fuck.
share^This. I appreciate Beyonce's talent and work ethic, but you'd think she's the second coming of Christ, her superfans are so obsessed!
shareDefinitely agree, she's a performer but just a mediocre singer and needs 100 people to write her songs. I don't care what the critics say, Adele is far more talented and deserved all of the Grammy Awards that she won. Carlos Santana was one of the few singers brave enough to say so, I like him even more because he spoke the truth. I was sick of the media acting as if she was entitled to all of the awards just because she was black. Glad the Grammys voted for talent and didn't let white guilt and political correctness influence their vote. Beyonce also has some of the most rude and annoying fans out there, they freak out if someone says the slightest negative thing about her.

Beyonce followed the Madonna Playbook. She tarts herself up, tries to play both sides, then wants us to believe she's been a feminist the whole time. Reinventing oneself. I don't really care one way or t'other, but she's no Feminist Icon to Me.
More a canny opportunist that doesn't want to go the Lauren Hill route.

shareYes imo her voice is borderline annoying. She sounds best when her voice is drowned out by other better singers, or really anyone else. She was great in Destiny's child. It was one hit after another. Tbh I can't name ONE song of beyonce on her own that I like. I only like Naughty Girl since she samples ANOTHER SONG. Again her voice drowned out. Pretty hurts was ok, but it got annoying fast. Other that that I don't really pay attention to anything she does.
Last I heard Adelle was was 'you should have won' umm no not really. Both artists are ok. But I can see why Adelle won. Her songs are crafted while Beyonce just yells the same thing over and over again. All the single ladies, all the single ladies. ok? now what....not a big fan of adelle's depressing music, but you have to admit is it crafted well, and she can belt out a tune.
Beyonce to me is sort of so big because she is mediocre at best and people can relate to her and live vicariously through her. Bey made it so can I!!!! When it was really her stage parents. Not saying she has zero talent. But not sure what the big fuss is about her? LOTS of better singers out there. I think it's the spectacle she put's on. Like Adelle's performance is just her singing. Bey has to make up for her lack luster singing/writing/ideas, by tilting backwards in a chair while preggo in a stripper outfit for attention..... I'm not impressed. But if that's your cup of tea, wonderful!
Again no idea how most of these singers/actors/etc....are famous other than a fan base. Like horrid movies that get sequels, why? Fan base......

Both Adele and Beyonce are overrated. Adele is even more annoying with her one-note schtick of being love sick over her deadbeat ex-boyfriend. She's not a great performer either as she had to cancel her concerts due to her voice failing.
Bring back singers like Roberta Flack, Nina Simone, and Chaka Khan
