I just started watching the episode "Haven" when I noticed an actor in the episode. I thought, that looks like a younger version of T-Bag.

I come to IMDb and sure enough it is Robert Knepper.

He wasn't bad looking back then either.

"Don't worry, I'm a gun club member, I'm taking these rookies downtown".

Yeah, that was a very early role for him. Fun having been a fan of Prison Break, then watching that episode and going 'hey, wait a minute...' ;)

He was only 28 in that episode of TNG. It was one of his first roles on television. He was a theatre actor before that.
