She does well in the role and since it isn't a glamour part, her natural beauty really had a chance to shine through.

All the time I was thinking in how much she looks like Lindsay Lohan.
And the other girl like Juno.

While I agree she did look nice in the movie, her acting was sub-par. It seemed very dialed in, like she didn't care. I've seen her do a lot better.
