Sorry for sounding rude, but have you ever seen Memento? Its NOT based on it. The only thing same about those movies in the case of Short memory loss. Ghajini is more like a romantic thriller. And much better then the Memento crap.

Yes I have. While treatment of Memento was far superior than Ghajini, both were essentially trying to tell the same story.
