what movie was he in where a bunch of drug dealers/thugs were sitting around and he had on sunglasses(?) and a bandana and was made up to look like a latino??? i'm pretty sure i remember looking the guy up and finding out it was michael kelly and i was shocked because he appears to be caucasian.

He plays the Italian in the group, which is apt since he looks Italian (to me anyway). Carlito's Way: Rise to Power is the movie and while I didn't think the movie as a whole was great, he was as dependable as ever....
