Yes. I know he's Been in A list movies and all but ill never forget his role in the dawn of the dead 2004 film. His character is obnoxious but redeemed himself as the movie progressed.

Yes, I agree. He did very well in House of Cards. He was able to pull off powerful and substantial scenes with awesome performances.
