hey i thought DPK was really great as president truman in FLAGS OF OUR FATHERS. and super-underrated as usual. happy new year!

Well it was great because he looked just like him, so it didn't feel like an actor was playing Truman.
shareJust finding out now that he played as Truman, makes me want to see the movie a little more. In fact, I may even go out and rent it today.
I was thinking the same thing, Ddey65 when I suddenly realised, David P Kelly as Truman in Flags of our Fathers. Because I was never really interested in seeing that movie and I have kind of got tired of Eastwood throwing out a new movie every other year or so. It's not bad for a man his age too be making even more movies the older he gets but I haven't seen the last three or four though I've watched almost every other Eastwood film there is. One thing that might make me want to see Flags of our fathers is David P Kelly.
