I saw a documentary that said he did not believe in charity funding so I’m guessing conservative.

He was very pro Israel. He loved the Jew despite born in a Muslim household to wealthy Syrian parents, the youngest of nine siblings. He loved all Israel. Ie not liberal or conservative just pro Israel and banks.

Jobs was half Syrian. His mother was a white American from a Catholic family. His father despite his Arab origins could sort of pass for a WASP.

Isn't it the opposite, conservatives believe in charity, socialists believe in big government/the welfare state?

He was rich, therefore he was a right wing liberal, what's known as "Libertarians", meaning liberal freedom for the rich and patronizing for the bottom 99%.
