And replace him with Kevin James.

I bet Farley had live, I don’t think he would had made it in show business

James is more talented and versatile. Farley was just a goofball.

Can you imagine if they had ever gotten to work together? That could have been really good.

You only compare them because they are both overweight. Other than that, they are completely different and James is in no way a "replacement" for Farley.

Farley's from my generation and I can honestly say that I never found his brand of physical humor all that funny. He just came across to me as a wannabe John Belushi and it didn't help that he imbibed and abused drugs at the same rate.

Kevin James is at most a serviceable comedian, nothing special or unique.
