Because he usually plays a foil or an idiot. Even when he got to play a husband banging that minx Leah Remini he was still a schlub who got lucky.

On the other hand, if he was getting the same roles as Brad Pitt or Matt MacConoughey we'd hear more scrutiny over his "weird" hair line.
