No they don't. I can see some similarities, but not that many. They are both really hot though! Especially because their big, football player-ish. And their both great at what they do. Ryan is one of my most favorite actors, I was on the verge of tears watching him in Remember the Titans when he got in the car crash. Oh yeah, and I love Metallica!:P

I think he does look a bit like Hetfield. IF they made a movie about Metallica, Ryan wouldn't be a bad choice to cast as Hetfield.
