Beard

Yep. He has such a baby face without the beard. It, coupled with his huge frame, definitely makes him a lot more intimidating.

Yeah, he looks great with the beard and the tats and the less flab. Plus his whole demeanor is just real intense. Without all that he just looks like a nobody, but then I guess that's what you need to be as an actor: a blank canvass that can dress up and turn into "somebody"

His beard is badass, I love it.
