Yes he does. When I FIRST saw him in ads for his first apperance on "Medium" I THOUGHT it was HIM (Biff)until I took a reality check and remembered that Biff is now much older. However, he could play YOUNG Biff if the part ever NEEDED to be filled.

Good, so I'm not the only one who thinks this.

Every time I see him (most recently on House and Medium), I insist to others that it's Biff. But I know it can't be, since Thomas F. Wilson is too old to look the same.. I don't know, I just can't shake it.
