yes i appluad his moderate political views for the time seen in his work StarShip Troopers(1959) and Stranger In The Strange Land(1961) both endorsed the MI Complex and Homosexuality.

Why is everything these stupid polls about who was the greatest that always has people bickering over nothing. Heinlein was a great writer in his genre, but his Science Fiction writing is of historical value now. He was certainly my favorite when I was a kid in High school. I would not waste my time with nonsense claims like this especially since so few these days have even heard of him.
