Is "eccentric" something of a code word for "nonce"?
It was typically the go-to adjective for creepy, overbearing, covert-paedo "entertainers" like Harris, Jimmy Savile, Gary Glitter, Dave Lee Travis and Ray Teret.

And whilst I appreciate that vigilence towards pedos/child abusers is paramount, I also have a big issue with Minority Report style 'justice' whereby we judge people *before* they've committed crimes/before we know they've committed crimes. Should we automatically assume that every 'eccentric' is a pedo?
