Aside from the high forehead and cleft chin, both relatively common features, not really.

And poor Mr. Pinon, that is a most unflattering picture!

I saw the name and thought he was the brother of Neil Patrick Harris. Look at this photo: http://images.hollywoodupclose.com/images/4/10/27/32/81/10273281_525.j pg. Tell me you don't see the resemblance (plus, there's the last name thing).
