Thought I'd help with the clickityclick thingy Torchwood. 

"Tom, who recently discussed his chances of playing James Bond, blamed the fluctuations between different weights for his new aches and pains.

He continued: "After the film I'm tired, and you maybe have to change your shape again and go back to your normal size for the next film. To go from one extreme to another has a cost.

"I'm certainly a bit achier than I used to be... I certainly have joints that click that probably shouldn't click, you know what I mean? And carrying my children is a little bit harder than it used to be - but don't tell them."

Well I would also say the older you get the harder it gets to carry the kids esp as the kids get bigger, wink to Louis.

To be a father in your 20s vs 30s vs 40s vs 50s vs 60s even 80s these days beyond other issues.

I think training that intensely for a result in a relatively short period of time is not good for anyone even if you were in relatively good shape to start with, ie Warrior you know had to do damage whether or not he took anything to enhance that muscle growth. Even Bale says no more I think.

I remember reading you are better off being slightly overweight if you maintain that weight all the time vs someone who goes up and down all the time whether it is from bulking up on purpose or overeating then dieting, it is the fluctuations that are often harder on many parts of the body.

Christian Bale and Daniel Craig have said similar things. Bulking up for roles gets harder and harder as you get older.

Hardy is pushing 40, which is getting "old" for that sort of thing.

Some may not like to hear it but it's true.

If you put on muscle naturally, you feel much younger as you age. If you juice, it puts stress on your kidneys and liver. Also, the sudden muscle mass puts strain on your joints. If he's clean now, naturally he's feeling somewhat old.

If he's committed to Fonzo he may need to put on weight. Al Capone was obese in his later life - and he had syphilis. He's a good enough actor to pull it off without the weight gain. In Boardwalk Empire, Ivo Nandi played Joe "The Boss" Massaria without excess lbs and he did it well.

I really do hope he chooses 'Triple Frontier' over 'Fonzo'

But could be both,right?
