guys, I heard IMDB going to shutdown the message board

It's upsetting and I plan on deleting my account when the message boards go. I've already had to delete my app a few months ago because it wouldn't let me on the message boards and now, if I read and understand correctly, it says they're closing them to due lack of traffic.
Facebook and Twitter comments just aren't going to cut it, especially when it comes to looking up old movies. I hope imdb comes to regret this decision.

End of an era. It's been a pleasure talking about the movies and the people in them. This place was like the Wild West of cinematic debate back in the day. I'll miss it.

I can't believe this announcement after all these years. It's so disappointing. This place has been an institution for film lovers and it has been a great place to chat and laugh and ponder on points with a great bunch of people......sitting at a Roundtable and I'll miss it.

I will miss being able to see other's interpretations of stuff we watched.
