Returning to The O.C.

Yeah I was just reading up on the Ask Ausiello website. Apparently Oliver Trask (Taylor Handley), will be returning to The O.C. for the season finale or something like that.

There was a rumour going around last year that he was going to return but since we didn't see him throughout this year, we'll be seeing him during this year's finale.

And about time I tells ya! I really loved the Oliver Trask episode arc. It was probably the best part of The O.C. I can't wait to see what menace Oliver will be up to this time round.

Hmm. I would love for Oliver to be back, but honestly, I really really doubt it. After last year, I got my hopes up for him, and there was no Oliver. I doubt there will be.

On Ausiello's site, he says ****e* and honestly, yea that could be Oliver. It could also be Carter or Hailey. I guess we'll see. So far, i've not read anything about Taylor to indicate that he's coming back. So unless they are keeping it topsecret-hushush, again, I doubt it. I wouldn't expect to see him though. I doubt they'll ever bring Oliver back, since they pretty much ditched his original storyline and got him out of there. They might have seen the character as a mistake.

I love love love Oliver, and Taylor, of course. I'm just saying, I wouldn't get your hopes up.

If they DO bring him back, i'm EXTREMELY interested to see how they'd even fit him in to everything.

In Ausiello's latest "Ask Ausiello" at the end he confirms it is Oliver who is returning

I don't want him back...I'm sorry, but that would screw marissa up more, and that would suck.

I did like Oliver, but I don't see him fitting into the story right now, especially with Anna and Theresa returning.

he was absolutely my favorite character and probably the best storyline that show had. it's rapidly gone downhill since the first season. season one are the only episodes i enjoy. ive stopped watching completely now... unless they bring him back.
