Realistically, studios would probably never allow her to be cast at 36 in a major role in a comic book film. It's just the way Hollywood works (and it sucks). Sometimes there are exceptions like Amy Adams (36) being cast as Lois Lane, but Adams is a 3 time Oscar nominee
I remember how angry people got when the fantastic Famke Janssen (then 34) was cast as Jean Grey. People still complain to this day about how old she was (it's one of the main complaints against Adams as Lois too). Actresses have to be young enough that they'll still be considered fresh and marketable in any sequels.
Look at the more recent comic book movies:
Thor - Natalie Portman (30)
Green Lantern - Blake Lively (23)
The Avengers - Scarlet Johansson (26)
Captain America - Hayley Atwell (29)
even most of the supporting female roles in these movies are played by women in their 20s or very early 30s. The only exception is Rene Russo in Thor as Thor's mom (and Sienna is still too young for a mom role).

I don't care about age. Famke Janssen is my favourite actress: that's why I was bringing her up. I was just complaining about Hollywood ageism. I'm tired of actresses over 35 not getting good roles! They are more experienced actresses and right now, all the best looking ones are over 35.
But really, in Hollywood, the age of an actress plays a huge part in casting, especially in studio films.
And Sienna Guillory absolutely has an agent!
why would you doubt that she has an agent? Getting an agent is actually one of the first steps an actor takes when they get their first talking role. If an actor has a major role in a film, you can bet that actor most likely has an agent (and/or a manager).
Sienna is represented by the United Talent Agency, which means she has an agent. UTA is a major talent agency which also reps Johnny Depp, Rachel McAdams and tons of other stars (famous and less famous). Sienna even has a separate agent for the UK through the Independent Talent Group, I believe.
You can write Sienna through UTA or Independent Talent Group to get autographed pictures.
