Sienna is stuck. A look into her roles.

Yes, GalijabreREMA? I know you want it.

Sienna seems to be getting mother roles these days. But I really think she can do much more. It's not like say, she's in her late 30s and so casting choices auto draft her to a mother role.

Her chick roles. Yea, I find she's been mostly getting the role of the chick. In Late Night Shopping, chick at hospital. In Sorted, dead brother's chick girlfriend. In Perfect Life, another chick. Again I think she can do more.

All she has to do is train more on her accents. Because in her chick roles in American movies she comes across as some shy gentle soft-spoken girl who don't speak much. Australian actors seem to master accents well, they've some sort of training. Like Bella Heathcote in Dark Shadows (2012). Australian actress, great American accent. Or like Christian Bale. Doing ok with his american accents.

Comparing her to Keanu Reeves. You see, people think he's a little stiff. No, it can work for him. His recent movie, Man of Tai Chi where he's director and actor, he showed he could play a villain. It was refreshing. He did his usual thing and it somehow was appropriate for that role and setting.

Another fantasy movie for Sienna, perhaps? Something bigger? She's done a lot of dramas already. And life movies too. Something different? Not tried before?

And I can totally see her in a sugar momma role. Or a cougar character. Somebody's gotta do it.

The way I see it those Chick & Mother roles truly suit her :) Sienna Guillory is the most beautiful & feminine actress/girl I've ever seen in my life :) And I love when she plays those Beautiful, sexy & innocent type of girls :) It's hard for me to imagine Sienna playing a villain because she looks way too kind and way too beautiful to be evil :)

You are wrong there pal! Sienna is not playing the same type of character over and over, she is not stuck! Sienna is also playing a dangerous type of female from time to time :) She plays Jill Valentine, a Female Assassin in British comedy thriller Kiss Kiss Bang Bang (which you can watch on my YouTube channel), another female assassin in the upcoming NBC Believe series (but unfortunatelly she will only appear in the pilot episode), an Elf Warrior Princess in Eragon, A Looney/Mentally insane sister in Silence Becomes You and a girl possessed by the devil in her very own upcoming movie The Wicked Within.

I agree that she should work more on accents. I actually prefer when she speaks with an American accent. When I saw Sienna for the very first time in The Time Machine I thought that she was American. Too bad she is playing English girls in almost all of her projects!

Sienna can play a villain but it doesn't suit her to play someone who is evil. It's better when Sienna is playing a character who is a type of Cinderella Princess :) I totally fell in love with her character Mary Day from Luther series :)

I think that Sienna should stop guest starring on cheap and sh!tty crime shows such as Criminal Minds, CSI and Covert Affairs. Those shows are totally moronic and a total waste of her time. Sienna should become a regular or even better a lead character on some new TV show in the UK.

I can see Sienna playing many interesting characters/roles, but unfortunately for her that won't be easy now :( Especially because Sienna moved back to the UK and said Bye Bye to Hollywood for good :( But who knows what the future holds for Sienna and her further acting career :)

Hopefully she can break into tv soon. She's almost got there a couple times:

The Oaks (2008)- she was set to be a regular but this show never made it to air
Virtuality (2009) - again set to be a regular. At least this made it to air as a tv movie, but no series resulted due to poor ratings.
Believe (2013) - She was originally set as a regular but they decided that the role would not continue beyond the pilot.

With her appearing in all the episodes of Luther's final season, I'm hoping that will be her be her ticket to more roles on tv in the UK. I'm assuming she'll be in the next Resident Evil movie as well, so that she keep her profile relatively high & help get her cast.

Oh and on to my next point. She's not only cast in small or supporting roles, no that's not my gripe, but, but, she chooses ill-fated productions or projects.

Virtuality. Why? I looked forward to it after watching the pilot.

Is it based on luck? Is her agent not doing a good job? But it seems a little late now. I still look forward to seeing her in larger scale productions but, now it seems she's mainly only going to be doing shoots or adverts, the rate things are going. Or with things still going as usual, you know, with her lazy agent.
